Saturday Programs
Saturday Programs are an enrichment opportunity for our students. They support literacy by building the background knowledge essential for reading comprehension. Research shows that students understand texts more deeply when they can connect them to real-world experiences. Saturday Programs have included Story Hour at Capital Repertory Theater, a scavenger hunt at the New York State Museum, a visit with a magician and a guided art project.
